I came to Dorion Dental Specialists with my upper and lower full-arch implants in terrible condition. They were broken, uncomfortable, and had several issues that needed to be corrected. From my very first visit, everyone in the office was incredibly welcoming, compassionate, and helpful. They never made me feel embarrassed or judged—they simply focused on finding the best solution for me. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they take the time to explain everything so I always understand what is being done and why. They have helped restore not only my smile, but also so much of my confidence. Dr. Swann has been doing my dental work, and she is absolutely AMAZING! She is sweet, patient, extremely detailed, and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I even came to her after a large piece of my upper arch had broken off, leaving a noticeable gap. She personally made replacement teeth and attached them to fill the missing area so I wouldn’t have to go without teeth while waiting for my new arch. That level of skill, creativity, and compassion meant more to me than I can express. I cannot recommend Dr. Swann and the entire team at Dorion Dental Specialists enough. No

I came to this practice specifically for specialized periodontal work (gum grafts in 2025 and 2026), not just routine dental care. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst experience with a company I have had. Treatment of this nature is a serious matter, but the entire process was marked by disorganization, miscommunication, and mistakes, including billing insurance for procedures that did not happen. First, a graft on one of my teeth was completely missed, which had to be pointed out by a hygienist at a later date. During my procedure, the team forgot to prepare my surgical stent. In 2025 it was made in a timely manner, so I know it’s possible to make it during the procedure, but it did come out incorrectly and that is why a new one had to made in 2026. As a result, in 2026 I had to walk around the neighborhood and wait for at least an hour in discomfort while they rushed to make it—a situation one assistant described using highly unprofessional language. There was also alarming confusion among the staff regarding my post-procedure care. I was initially told they didn't have the steroid injection I needed, only for the office lead to find it in the exact same spot as I was l

Great profession team! Very welcoming! Waitng time was short, customer oriented and the staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. I was anxious for my procedure but everyone made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this practice!

This is truly a professional team and provides exceptional service. Dr Ramundo is top notch and the entire staff creates a welcoming environment. Highly recommend them and 5 stars doesn’t seem enough for this office!

I referred to Dorion & Associates Dental Group from my Dentist. I had pain in my upper right side of my mouth. I was seen by Catherine Ramundo . She extracted two teeth She is exceptional, did an outstanding job. I didn’t have any problems/ pain afterwards. I would recommend Dorion Group. Excellent customer service staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
